Overview

A selection of five unique spaces is housed in a dedicated building with a private entrance and reception area, the main space being the stunning 828 sqm Creek ballroom. The Creek ballroom features a large pre-function area, and can capacitate for up to 500 guests in a seated set-up.

Khansa

Khansa at Park Hyatt Dubai is a classic 37 square metre executive boardroom, offering space for up to 10 people in a u-shaped configuration. Khansa features elegant furnishings with a striking wooden table as the centrepiece, and comfortable leather armchairs throughout. High-speed wireless Internet connectivity is available at all times.

Al Daffa/ Al Shiraa

Drenched in natural daylight, these two meeting rooms are 45 square metres each, and can host between 15 to 30 people according to the meeting set-up style, which ranges from theatre to banquet to classroom. Both Dubai meeting rooms offer a beautiful view of the Park Hyatt Dubai’s Palm garden, and have access to a spacious and luxurious terrace. High-speed wireless Internet connectivity is available at all times.

Mahara

This exquisite meeting room is 70 square metres in size, and can host between 18 to 45 people according to guests’ specific requirements. High-speed wireless Internet connectivity is available at all times.

Creek Ballroom A+B+C  

The breathtaking 840 sqm Creek ballroom is divisible into three sections and offers seating between 10 and 800 guests according to the set-up style, , which ranges from theatre to banquet to classroom to u-shaped, or whatever the guests’ specific requirements may be. High-speed wireless Internet connectivity is available throughout all sections at all times.

Pre-function Area

Park Hyatt Dubai’s indoor and outdoor pre-function areas include various landscaped patios, terraces and gardens, and offer extra flexibility in set-ups throughout. These areas are ideal for outdoor events and cocktail receptions in seated as well as standing or lounge set-ups for up to 450 guests.

Gardens

The extensive and lush gardens at Park Hyatt Dubai offer unique venues for various functions. Three gardens, including the 672 square metre Palm garden, the 400 square metre Fountain garden and the 900 square metre Marina garden, all feature immaculate architecture with spectacular landscaping; the rooms can accommodate up to 250 people each in cocktail format, and 160 people each in a banquet style set-up. Park Hyatt Dubai’s gardens can be accessed through a private entrance with a dedicated parking area.
